FAQ
Good questions
Do people need an account to sign?
No. Everyone signs from a link, on their phone or computer. Nobody has to create an account, including you.
How does the recipient get the card?
When you're ready, deliver it with one click and send them the link, or (on an upgraded card) schedule it to arrive by email at the right moment, like 9am on their birthday.
Can I keep the card a surprise?
Yes. The recipient only sees the card after you deliver it. You can also hide messages from other signers until delivery if you prefer.
What if someone writes something inappropriate?
As the organizer you can hide or delete any message from your manage page. Anyone can also report a message to us.
What happens after 10 signatures on a free card?
The card stops accepting new messages until it's upgraded for $6.99. Everything already written stays, and you'll get an email when it fills up.
How long do cards stay online?
Delivered cards stay viewable for 12 months (3 years on upgraded cards). Upgraded cards can also be saved as an image or PDF, or emailed to the recipient to keep forever.
Someone is leaving. Can we keep in touch?
Yes. On farewell and retirement cards, everyone can add a personal email, phone or LinkedIn that only the person leaving sees, and they can share theirs back with the whole group. On upgraded cards they can download everyone's details straight into their contacts.
Do I need an account?
No. You can optionally sign in with your email (no password) to see the cards you organize on every device.
I lost my manage link. What now?
If you added your email when creating the card, we can email you your links.
