FAQ
For people teams
Do our employees need accounts?
No. Organizers, signers and recipients all use links. There is nothing for IT to provision.
How does a team pack work?
You buy 10 upgrades for $49 and get a code. Anyone in the company can use it to upgrade a card, so HR can hand it to managers.
Can we get an invoice?
Team pack purchases come with a Stripe invoice and receipt for expenses.
Where is our data kept, and for how long?
On Google Cloud (Firebase). Cards are deleted automatically: 6 months if never delivered, 12 months after delivery, 3 years for upgraded cards. See the Privacy Policy.
Can we put our logo on cards?
Yes. Upgraded cards can use your own cover image, like a team photo or your company logo.
