cards.company is a product of PitWall Studios and is operated by Chaitanya Mutyala, doing business as PitWall Studios. These terms are an agreement between you and Chaitanya Mutyala (PitWall Studios).
cards.company lets people create group cards, collect messages from others, and deliver them to a recipient. By using the service you agree to these terms.
Using the service
You must not post content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights. Organizers are responsible for the cards they create and can hide or delete any message. We may remove content or cards that break these rules.
Links are keys
Anyone with a card's signing link can view and sign it. Anyone with its manage link can edit and delete it. Share links only with people you trust.
Payments
Upgrades and team packs are one-time payments processed by Stripe.
Team plans
A team plan is a yearly subscription for a team workspace, priced by the number of people on the team's celebrations list. It renews automatically every year at the price for its size until it is cancelled. We email the team's owner and admins about 30 days before each renewal with the date and amount.
Team admins can cancel at any time under Plan & credits → Invoices and billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan keeps working until the end of the year already paid for. Moving up to a larger size takes effect right away and charges the difference for the rest of the current year. Moving down takes effect at renewal.
While a plan is active, team cards are upgraded. When it ends, cards that were upgraded stay upgraded; new cards follow the free plan unless upgraded another way.
Refunds
If you're not happy with a purchase, email hello@cards.company within 30 days of paying and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
A refunded card goes back to the free plan: every message and photo on it stays, but upgraded features such as unlimited signatures, premium designs and scheduled delivery are switched off. A refunded team plan is cancelled so it won't renew, and cards already upgraded stay upgraded. A refunded team pack code stops working; cards already upgraded with it stay upgraded.
Retention
Delivered cards are kept for 12 months (3 years for upgraded cards) and cards that are never delivered for 6 months, after which they are deleted automatically, including photos and shared contact details.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
